Peer-to-peer programs for safest downloading

Peer to Peer networking or P2P file sharing is a term used for file sharing software where users connect to each other in order to share files online. This does not require a central point or server to download from as the users are sharing the files with each other. This means that when connecting to download or upload a file to a user you are likely to be connected to several users at any one time, the more users you are connected to the faster the download will be. There are many P2P file sharing networks online which once you have found a suitable download will manage the file transfer to your pc.
P2P software is now used to transfer music, movies, tv shows, gaming software and even books.

Using P2P software makes files much easier to access by users but also much harder for the authorities to control. There is now a growing trend for using P2P to upload and download copyright protected material which has not been authorised by the copyright holder. This makes it much harder for users to trust a source when downloading files as it can be very difficult to know if you are doing it legally.

We provide a guide on how to download movies and tv shows legally and transfer them to dvds so that you can view them on your pc or on your tv at home.

The current major P2P file sharing networks are OpenNap, FastTrack, eDonkey2000, DirectConnect and Gnutella. In current times, the peer-to-peer program has turned into a household name. The P2P refers to amalgamation of certain elements such as file sharing, network technologies, software applications.
