Royal Pains is a US television series aired on US Cable Networks
It follows doctor Henry “Hank” Lawson who gets fired from his job in the emergency room
after choosing to save a dying teenager before working on a billionaire benefactor of the hospital.
The Billionaire dies and Hank loses his job, this leads to him getting into severe financial difficulty.
Hank is then persuaded to attend a posh party in the Hamptons by his brother. He ends up saving the life of a supermodel and wins the favor of German Royalty.
This leads to more referrals to rich, famous and influential people, and is then persuaded to become a concierge doctor.
